Short Description: Enable/Disable accent search in name picker for iNotes.


 In Domino Web Access, search in the Name Picker is accent (diacritical mark) insensitive. That is, search recognizes Muller and Müller as the same name. You can set this variable to make search accent sensitive, so that search will recognize Muller and Müller as two different names.
0 - Search is accent sensitive.
1 - Search ignores accent marks.



R6.x: iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=0

R7: iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=1

Values: iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=0 - Name Picker search becomes accent sensitive iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=1 - Name Picker search becomes accent insensitive


SPR# DGAY5YRC3Y - The default behavior of Name Picker search is changed as accent (diacritical mark) insensitive. In 7.0, the default behavior is accent (diacritical mark) insensitive. When "iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=0" is set, the behavior becomes accent sensitive. In 6.x (6.5.5 and later), the default behavior is accent sensitive. When "iNotes_WA_NamePickerSearchAccentInsensitive=1" is set, the behavior becomes accent insensitive.

There is no kown UI setting for this notes.ini variable. But you can specify this setting in the notes.ini settings tab of the configuration settings document.
