When set to 1, this setting tells the Domino server setup program to initialize the Notes for Public Networks preferences (Notes Public Network = NPN). Adds the following to the notes.ini:
Billing added to the ServerTasks line
BillingClass=Agent,Database,Document,Mail,Replication,Session
BILLINGADDINOUTPUT=1
MAILCLUSTERFAILOVER=1
Note 1:
This setting is effectively obsolete since Notes 7.
Note 2:
A Notes Public Network provider provide (arround 1995) most of the necessary hardware and software for the Notes users to send and receive Internet mail. All what the user need at his site was Notes and a modem.
