Description:

Used in cases where the code page of the platform is different than the code page platform API. The value of the setting is a hex string that matches the Domino server's internal code page numbers.

In the NOTES.INI file set the following:

PLATFORM_CSID=hhh

where hhh is a hex number that represents the codepage from the following list:

would set Notes to use Code Page 256
This will force Domino to run in the desired locale no matter what the value of the LANG environment
variable.
