Short Description: Enables or disables the shutdown procedure that cleans up all processes related to a partitioned server in the event of an unplanned server shutdown.

Description:

Enables or disables the shutdown procedure that cleans up all processes related to a partitioned server in the event of an unplanned server shutdown. To perform the cleanup, the setting KillProcess=1 must be set in the server's NOTES.INI file prior to the startup of the first process.

Use the following values to set this variable:


      0 - Disables shutdown procedure

      1 - Enables shutdown procedure


Note:

Partitioned servers only

1

Syntax:
KillProcess=0 / 1

Example:
KillProcess=1

UI equivalent:
There is no kown UI setting for this notes.ini variable. But you can specify this setting in the notes.ini settings tab of the configuration settings document.
